Clever drunken bottles pass out on benches. Tree looks on with disapproval and general loathing. Bottle disregards his opinion, as he would any mere stick in the mud.

I'd say the tree looks like he's ready to smash the bottle with his leaf-filled arms (hands?). It seems like there are a couple of bottles below the bench that have already been swept off by the angry tree.
